The restaurant opened in March 2009, when the Valterza brothers, Davide and Gianluca decided to purchase an old farmhouse near the town center , transforming it into the trattoria they now enjoy, showcasing traditional Monferrato flavors.

In the winter, lunch or dinner is available indoors , cosseted by the warmth of the fireplace, or on the panoramic terrace, completely sheltered by a glass wall. In the summer, diners can sit outdoors , on the terrace of course, but also in the internal courtyard.

The trattoria's menu features every dish made with local ingredients: homemade pasta, sauces and gravies prepared daily in the kitchen, and meats and cured meats selected from the finest local producers.

Their massive ham & cheese toasta got me through our renovation !  Located on Piazza Mezzadra.
